Software engineer, mostly backend. I've been running Linux as my primary OS since around 2014 and self-hosting various services since 2019.

This site is a place to write down things I figure out — partly for future me, partly in case it's useful to someone else. I don't optimize for SEO or traffic. Posts go up when I have something worth writing about.

I work mostly in Go and Python. Occasionally Rust when I want to feel bad about myself.
